The Foundation
A vital starting point. It takes place over three consecutive weeks with coaching and hypnosis.
- Session One – You will begin with a 90-minute session where we discuss who you are, what you want, and what is getting in your way. Exploration and discovery will set you up for the following sessions.
- Session Two – A foundational hypnosis session to help you take on the challenges you face. I will introduce you to self-hypnosis, and a recording of our session will be available.
- Session Three – Taking all that you have experienced and learned, we set up a project for you, whether together or by yourself, to support you in your journey.
The Building
Like all significant structures, a strong foundation is needed. Now that you have achieved that, The Building begins.
Build the life you desire. Clear away what no longer serves you and create new habits to support a strong structure for your life. Discover new ways of thinking and being. This six-month program combines coaching, hypnosis, accountability, and support.
This is for anyone who wants to create something new, go to the next level in their lives or live with more joy, contentment, power, and love.
The Inner Game
This hypnotherapy project is designed for anyone interested in working on their Inner Game. It’s particularly designed for athletes wanting more focus and concentration and less noise, stopping them from being their best. It’s also for those interested in clearing away mental blocks or harmful thoughts caused by past events. Change limiting beliefs into thoughts of abundance.
Hypnosis is very effective for better sleep, stopping smoking and other destructive behaviors, as well as building calm despite feelings of extreme anxiety.
The project is 4-8 sessions and is renewable.
